How integrate to Pipedrive-Monday.com bundle using Zapier?

Creating a new element on Monday.com when a new deal on Pipedrive was created

How the integration works:

• A new deal on Pipedrive is created
• Zapier automatically creates a new element on Monday.com

1. Creating the zap. When on the “Dashboard” tab, select Pipedrive and Monday.com and click on “Make a Zap”

2. Selecting the trigger event.

Select the “New Deal” in the dropdown menu and click “Continue”. This way, the trigger will only activate when a new deal on Pipedrive is created.

3. Next, you’ll need to choose your Pipedrive account and click “Continue”

4. Then, test the trigger by clicking “Test trigger”

5. Then, Zapier will try to find the corresponding entry in Pipedrive, and if successful, will display all information about the deal. Click “Continue” to proceed.

Setting up actions for Monday.com

6. In the next dialogue box, you need to select what action should be executed when a new deal is created. For Monday.com, select “Create Item” and click “Continue”

7. Then, select your Monday.com account and click “Continue”

8. Next, you need to configure the connection between Pipedrive and Monday.com. You can do so by filling out all required fields and clicking “Continue” after that.

9. After that, you gotta test the connection between Pipedrive and Monday.com. If everything is correct, you should be able to see the element on Monday.com.

10.  After a successful test, click on “Publish Zap”

After that, the Zap should be correctly set up, configured, and working properly.
