How to integrate Gravity Forms (WordPress) – HubSpot using Zapier?

Synchronization of registration information from Gravity Forms (WordPress) to HubSpot
How the integration works:
- The user fills out and submits the registration form on a WordPress website.
- A webhook in Zapier captures the data and synchronizes Gravity Forms data with HubSpot.
Conditions for executing Zap.
In the WordPress dashboard, the following plugins and add-ons must be installed and connected:
- Gravity Forms
- WP Webhooks
- Zapier for WordPress
- Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On

A Gravity Forms registration form should be created for the website user.

After configuring all the necessary fields, the form will look something like this:

- Creating a Zap. While on the “Dashboard” tab, select the “Webhooks by Zapier” and “HubSpot” applications, then click the “Make a Zap” button:

2. Choosing the trigger event. Select “Catch Hook” from the drop-down list and click “Continue”; the trigger will activate when a new POST, PUT, or GET request is made to the Zapier URL.

3. On the next step, there’s no need to choose or input anything; simply click “Continue.”

4. In the next window, you need to copy the URL of the Zapier webhook by clicking the “Copy” button.

5. Next, you need to open the WordPress application and configure the webhook. On the toolbar, click “Settings” – “WP Webhooks.”

6. In the next opened window, navigate to the “Send Data” tab – the Gravity Forms section – the “Form submitted” item, and click the “Add Webhook URL” button.

7. In the opened window, assign a name to the webhook and paste the copied Zapier URL. Click the “Add for gf_submit” button.

8. Before testing the connection, fill in the registration form data and submit it by clicking the “Submit” button.

9. Next, you need to test the trigger by clicking the “Test trigger” button.

10. The next step is for the system to find the record in Gravity Forms. Navigate to Forms – Registration – Entries.

…and display all the information available in the user’s profile. Click the “Continue” button.

11. In the next window, you need to specify the action that will be performed when a new user fills out and submits the form on the website. For the “HubSpot” application, choose “Create Contact” and click “Continue”.

12. Next, you need to connect the “HubSpot” account and click “Continue.”

13. Next, you need to set up the connection between the “Webhooks by Zapier” application and “HubSpot” in Zapier. Fill in the data in the provided fields. After filling in all the fields, click the “Continue” button.



14. You need to test the connection between “Webhooks by Zapier” and “HubSpot.”


15. A new contact has been created in HubSpot.

16. After a successful test, click the “Publish Zap” button.

The Zap has been created, configured, and activated.
