How to integrate HubSpot – ClickUp bundle using Zapier?

To improve workflow, use Zapier to connect HubSpot and ClickUp. Easily create ClickUp checklists from new HubSpot connections, providing efficient task management and organization.


Getting new contacts from HubSpot and transferring them to ClickUp as a checklist

How the integration works:

  • A new contact is created on HubSpot
  • Zapier creates a new checklist on ClickUp

Creating a Zap

  1. To create an integration (or a Zap) between two apps, on the Dashboard tab, select the apps (HubSpot and ClickUp in this case) and click “Make a Zap!”

You can also do the same on the Zaps tab by clicking on “Create Zap”

  1. Select an action in the next dialogue box that will trigger the Zap from the dropdown menu. 

  1. Then, select your HubSpot account and click on “Continue”

  1. Configure the data that should be retrieved. If needed, add additional variables in the input box, and then click on “Continue”

  1.  Test the trigger by clicking on the corresponding button.

  1. Configuring the action for the second app. Choose an action that should be executed when a Zap is triggered.

  1. Select your ClickUp account and click “Continue”

  1. Set up the action itself by filling out all of the required fields. 

  1. Test the connection between the two apps. If everything is configured correctly, you should be able to see a checklist appear on ClickUp.

  1. After a successful test, click on “Publish Zap”

After that, Zap is successfully created, configured, and running.
