How to integrate HubSpot – Xero bundle using Zapier?

Creating a new contact on Xero when a new company is created on HubSpot
How the integration works:
- A new company on HubSpot is created
- Zapier creates a new contact on Xero
What you need to have:
- Xero account
- HubSpot account
- Creating a Zap. On the Dashboard tab, select “HubSpot” and “Xero” and click “Make a Zap”
Configuring the trigger event
- Selecting the trigger event. A trigger event is a certain action in the trigger app that tells Zapier to activate the Zap. Select the “New Company” option in the dropdown menu and click “Continue”. This way, the trigger will only activate when a new company is added to your HubSpot.
- Select your HubSpot account and click “Continue”
- Click on “Continue”. You can add additional properties to retrieve in the box above the button.
- Test the trigger by clicking on the corresponding “Test trigger” button.
- The system should then find the company and display all the information available in its profile. If everything is correct, click on “Continue”
Setting up the action on Xero
- In the next dialogue box, select the action to execute when a new company is created. In our case, select “Create/Update Contact” in the dropdown menu and click “Continue”
- Select your Xero account and click “Continue”
- Next, you need to set up the connection between Xero and HubSpot. Fill in all of the required fields in which the data should be imported and click “Continue”
- Then, you need to test the connection between HubSpot and Xero. If everything is done correctly, you should be able to see the test data on Xero.
- Click on “Publish Zap”
After that, the Zap is set up, configured, and active.
