How long does a typical n8n project take?
Most projects take 2 to 6 weeks, depending on how many workflows we are rebuilding and how complex they are. You get a fixed price and timeline before any work starts.
Do you migrate existing Zapier or Make workflows?
Yes. We map every zap or scenario, rebuild it in n8n with real error handling, and run the new version in parallel with your old one until they match. Then we switch over.
Do we need to self-host n8n?
We usually recommend self-hosting because it removes the per-task bill and gives you full control, but your own n8n Cloud account works too. Either way, the instance is yours.
What happens if a workflow breaks after you are done?
Every workflow ships with monitoring that alerts us before your customers notice anything. You also get 30 days of support included, plus an optional monthly retainer if you want us watching it long term. Nothing fails silently.
What if you disappear like our last developer?
We have built automation for 13 years across 1,584 projects, with 200+ n8n workflows in production right now. We work in fixed-price milestones inside your own accounts from day one, you hold the instance and the documentation, and NDA and escrow are available on request. You are never locked to us.
Will we lose data or have downtime during the switch?
No. We build the new workflows alongside your current ones and run both until the results match. Your existing setup keeps running until the new one is proven, so there is no gap and no lost data.
Who owns the workflows and the server?
You do. We build inside your own n8n instance, self-hosted or your n8n Cloud account, and hand over full documentation. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.
