A real example: from 20 minutes to under 3

A construction company came to us with an estimator spending 20-plus minutes on every estimate inside Google Sheets, more than 325 hours a year on a task that should take minutes. Before building anything, we spent a week embedded on-site watching how estimates actually got put together, because the spreadsheet only showed the end result, not the real process behind it. Once we understood it properly, we built the tool in n8n. Estimates now take under 3 minutes, and the system was live within two weeks.

We’ve used the same approach elsewhere. A marketing agency removed over 15 hours a week of manual cross-channel posting by having one input adapt and publish itself across six channels on its own. A US investment fund replaced manual calendar review entirely, with an n8n system checking three calendars every five minutes and enforcing meeting rules in real time.
