The real problem isn’t the tool, it’s the manual work around it
Most businesses don’t need another app. They need the ones they already have to stop requiring a person to shuffle information between them. An estimate gets built in a spreadsheet by hand. A calendar gets checked manually every few minutes to catch a conflict. A piece of content gets rewritten and posted six different times for six different channels. None of this is hard work exactly, it’s just slow, repetitive, and easy to get wrong when someone is tired or in a hurry.
n8n is the platform we reach for to fix this, because it runs entirely on your own account. You’re not paying a vendor a growing monthly fee as your volume increases, and you’re not stuck with only the connectors a vendor decided to build. If your process is genuinely specific to how your business works, n8n can still handle it.
What we connect, and what changes
We use n8n to replace the manual middle step in a process, the export, the re-typing, the constant checking, with something that runs on its own and tells you when it needs attention. That might mean records moving between your CRM and your accounting software without anyone re-entering them, a calendar getting checked and enforced automatically instead of by memory, or one piece of content adapting itself and going out across every channel on a schedule.
A real example: from 20 minutes to under 3
A construction company came to us with an estimator spending 20-plus minutes on every estimate inside Google Sheets, more than 325 hours a year on a task that should take minutes. Before building anything, we spent a week embedded on-site watching how estimates actually got put together, because the spreadsheet only showed the end result, not the real process behind it. Once we understood it properly, we built the tool in n8n. Estimates now take under 3 minutes, and the system was live within two weeks.
We’ve used the same approach elsewhere. A marketing agency removed over 15 hours a week of manual cross-channel posting by having one input adapt and publish itself across six channels on its own. A US investment fund replaced manual calendar review entirely, with an n8n system checking three calendars every five minutes and enforcing meeting rules in real time.
How working with us actually goes
We start by understanding your actual process, not just the tool you want connected, because the estimator project only worked because we watched the real workflow first. From there we scope the build, agree a fixed price up front, and build it on your own n8n account, with alerts if anything fails and a written guide so your team knows what it does. You’re not locked into us to keep it running.
